Open Canada Cup third round draw

Marc Dos Santos and the Attak players will be ready to «welcome» London City

The Trois-Rivières Attak will play its next Open Canada Cup game against London City next Saturday, August 4, at 4pm at the UQTR stadium.

The Attak qualified for the third round after defeating Jean-Talon 2007, 3-1, last Friday in Montreal, whereas London had a bye.

Marc Dos Santos' men had a disappointing 2-2 tie when they played London City, on July 13, at Cove Road, London.

"As far as I am concerned, we have to win this game, and no other result would be acceptable," said Dos Santos. "I still remember the rude welcome that we received when we played there. We will be ready to receive them as well…"

The general admission tickets will be sold 5$ for this Cup game.

The winners of the third round will then play the semi-finals and the final on Labour Day weekend at Cove Road, London.
