The Attak faces Jean-Talon 2007
The Trois-Rivières Attak will play its first game in the Open Canada Cup against Jean-Talon 2007, this Friday, at 9pm at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex.
The CSL teams make their entry in the second round of the tournament, and the Attak will play, for the occasion, its first official game against a Quebec team.
"Our team wants to win every game," said Marc Dos Santos. "Our intentions are to go as far as possible in the league and the Cup. We know this game will be special and we are ready to move-on to the third round."
In the previous round, the amateur team from the Concordia region easily won 5-1 over the Capital City Ambassadors (Ottawa).
The winner of the Quebec duel will join London City, the Portuguese Supra, the Windsor Border Stars, the North York Astros and the Italia Shooters, already qualified, in the third round of the Open Canada Cup.
