First game for the Attak
The Trois-Rivières Attak will play its first ever game, this Sunday at 4pm, against Toronto Croatia at UQTR stadium (CHLN 550AM).
Following its pre-season games against Lakeshore United (3-0 win), the Montreal Impact (4-0 loss), Royal Beauport (2-1 loss) and the Sélect de Trois-Rivières (6-1 win), the Attak will play host to one of the league's top team, which will also play its first game of the season. Among its pre-season games, the Toronto-based team has lost 4-0 against Toronto FC of MLS.
"After all the hard work by all people involved in this project, we will finally play our first game tomorrow, said the team president Tony Iannitto. In particular, I want to thank Joey Saputo and our sponsors. This day is a day I was looking forward the minute I got involved in soccer, which was only three years ago. I had a dream to be the president of the Impact farm team, which has been realised. This reserve team will permit to further develop the young talented players, which is another step in the growth of soccer in the province."

The admission fee will be 2$ for all mothers accompanied by a child.
