MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact lost 2-0 to its reserve team, the Trois-Rivières Attak, Sunday at Saputo Stadium in the third and final exhibition game between both clubs this season.
Attak forward Massimo Di Ioia opened the scoring in the 40th minute. Di Ioia took advantage of a lone ball and went in alone against goalkeeper Andrew Weber and beat him with a low shot to his left.
Forward Nicolas Lesage scored the insurance goal for the Attak in the 75th minute. Lesage pounced on a rebound from Jean-Louis Bessé's shot to find himself all alone against Weber and then simply kicked the ball to his left.
